the noise from the nightclub opposite made my stay unbearable and the breakfast staff's incessant chatter, while trying to be cheerful, was simply annoying. It's shocking that I didn't receive any special treatment, considering how poorly I was treated. I almost thought I’d give this a good review but just couldn't.

staying just a few steps from the beach made my weekend so enjoyable, and I loved that it was a short walk to Benidorm Old Town, where I could explore charming streets and enjoy beautiful views.

the hotel is super clean and modern, i had a twin room and it was really nice. the staff are all friendly, especially katya and israel, they made my stay even better. the breakfasts were amazin with lots of options. also, the location is perfect for bein close to nightlife but my room was quiet enough to get good sleep. pool area looked good too even tho i didn't get to use it.
