the noise from the nightclub opposite made my stay unbearable and the breakfast staff's incessant chatter, while trying to be cheerful, was simply annoying. It's shocking that I didn't receive any special treatment, considering how poorly I was treated. I almost thought I’d give this a good review but just couldn't.

close to parks and landmarks for easy city strolls
staying just a few steps from the beach made my weekend so enjoyable, and I loved that it was a short walk to Benidorm Old Town, where I could explore charming streets and enjoy beautiful views.

I appreciated the modern and clean decor throughout the hotel, making it both inviting and accessible. The seating areas were well arranged, allowing ease of movement for all guests, particularly for those of us needing a bit more room.
Air conditioning should be consistently available.

The room needed better cleaning, yet the pool area was well maintained.

The breakfast buffet is a real treat, offering everything from fresh fruits to a full English spread, keeping the mornings enjoyable. The cleanliness level in the rooms is commendable, making it a comfortable retreat after a night out.
The noise from nearby nightlife can be relentless, especially if you're on the lower floors. Don’t count on the air conditioning to provide relief during warm weather—you might end up sweltering if it’s off. The pool area, although nice, can feel crowded, especially during peak hours, which might limit your ability to relax. If you end up in a room near the clubs, you might find sleepless nights to be the norm, rather than the exception.

The hotel offered a fantastic location just steps from the nightlife and beach, making it perfect for young adults. Though the pool area could use more sun during the early hours, everything else was well maintained and staff were genuinely cheerful. Just avoid road-facing rooms for a quieter experience.

great service but decor could use an update
The team worked seamlessly together. Katya and Israel really stood out with their exceptional hospitality. I loved the stunning city view from my room, it added a nice touch to my mornings.
The decor felt a bit dated in some areas, which could use a refresh.
